It takes a lot of hard work, dedication and creativity to be a chef. However, I have a very strong passion and dedication to cooking my pastries. I am a Brazilian chef and I incorporate many creative things in my cooking, such as the taste but also the presentation. My business started in the Bronx 5 years ago and it is growing prosperously.
